About Us

For 30 years, we've been working on projects where there's no room for error. Hospitals that can't stop. Factories that work three shifts. District heating plants that heat entire neighbourhoods.

What makes us tick

Our favourite thing is when the system we designed saves the investor hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Whenever we hear 'we only call you because we know you'll solve everything'. When we've prepared an easy phase 2 for a small project.

That's why we go to work every morning.

We take care of our own

Employees stay with us for 20 years or more. The older ones bring experience and precision, the younger ones enthusiasm and new technologies, and together they create an advantage for our clients and offer a complete service under one roof, from project to service.

We care

In 2017, we changed from 'Measurement and Automatic Regulation' to 'We Care', because we care about energy, nature, you, your investments, and your employees. For the society we will leave behind. It may not matter to some, but we are happy because, after 30 years, we see the results: lower CO₂ emissions, lower operating costs, and better working conditions.

What is it like to work with us

MI MARIS employees are 36 years old on average, and education and professional training are continuous. The atmosphere is friendly, and the standards are professional. Each individual's progress is encouraged and evaluated.

Long Term Relationships

Our business relationships begin with a project that has its own duration, but once we enter a system, we will identify and suggest to you all opportunities for improving energy efficiency, several steps, years, and investment cycles in advance.

More than all the necessary certificates

We work in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. We strive to continuously improve our system and to guarantee quality and commitment to protecting workers and the environment with certificates. However, the opinion of our clients and partners is the most important "certificate" for us. If you ask them what it's like to work with us, most will agree on the key things: "They know what they're doing. They always do what they promise. We've learned a lot while working with them and have been convinced of their wide range of expertise."

They have successfully changed their energy future

From private to public investors, from industrial plants to tourist and commercial buildings, our clients have consciously decided that energy will no longer be a cost for them, but a resource that is actively managed.
