Careers
Employees are our greatest asset. We firmly believe that a company can only be successful if its employees are satisfied and motivated. Our team consists of people who are experts in their work, ready to learn and improve, who see problems as challenges to be solved. We encourage proactivity and personal development of each employee.
We all learn from each other, as together we know and can do more.
Our experienced colleagues bring to the job the professional knowledge gained from numerous projects – they are meticulous in their work and ready to share their knowledge. Young colleagues bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and speed. The atmosphere is friendly, and the standards are professional, so it is possible to go from assistant to project manager in a few years. Education and certifications do not stop.

Careers begin in the classroom
Today, top craftsmen and engineers are in high demand. That's why we don't wait for them to apply for a job, but go to them in high schools in Čazma, Vrbovec, Velika Gorica, Ivanić, at VUB, FESB, FER, FOI and polytechnics. We donate equipment for cabinets, support competitions, and organise internships and interviews. We promote the profession and look for those who enjoy working and thinking like engineers.
We are looking for people who know what they want
Our internships are mostly attended by young people who know what they want, regardless of their grades. Depending on their educational field, they are assigned a mentor and a task on a real project. They learn the technical way of thinking on real cases, where they see all the complexity of the work they will be doing. Many return as employees because at MI MARIS they work in the profession from day one, they don't make coffee.
