-
No. We mostly build photovoltaic power plants for industrial, commercial and social facilities, with a minimum power of 30 kW.
-
Mi Maris does all mechanical and electrical works, including installations, automation and control systems, but not construction. For parts of the project that fall outside our sphere of expertise, we have reliable partners who guarantee quality execution and coordination.
-
Yes, through the optimisation of technical solutions, the selection of appropriate equipment and implementation in phases. The goal is to find a solution that meets technical, safety and legal requirements, while remaining financially rational.
-
Incomplete input data, subsequent changes due to additional investor requirements, inconsistency between professions, waiting for approval or poor coordination with other project participants can affect deadlines. High-quality coordination of all stakeholders is a guarantee of meeting deadlines.
-
To optimise heating, cooling and ventilation processes, we study each project task in detail and, in cooperation with designers and other participants, adapt it to your needs. Depending on the needs, we adjust the amount of installed equipment.
-
Users get all the necessary training to enable their work with the systems, and we remain available for additional support, questions, maintenance, and emergency interventions.

In fact, investing in optimizing your heating, cooling or your own solar power plant is highly profitable. According to our calculations, you will get back all your investment in about 5 years, and after profit remains, because you have reduced energy costs, which are often the largest part of the operating cost. The initial investment may seem expensive to you, but investing in quality equipment and reliable materials is a guarantee of long-term and efficient operation of the system.

We plan the execution of the works in accordance with the contracted deadline and the accepted schedule of works. Deviations are possible, depending on the condition of the facility, the availability of equipment and coordination with other contractors on the construction site.
That being said, completion does not mean immediate handover. Before the system is fully operational, we need to run a series of functional tests, balancing and regulation. It is a coordinated effort of all involved parties (contractors, supervision, authorised testers and equipment suppliers). It can prolong the handover by approximately two weeks. -
We strive to respond as quickly as possible. Our service technicians leave to the site immediately after your call, and we inform you of the exact time of arrival at the facility in a timely manner.

The exact cost of the repair can only be defined after diagnosing the fault on site, and after determining the cause of the problem.
